Added profile switcher script and stability/QoL fixes

• calibrated colors for Ite devices
• added "support" for secondary/not officially supported custom profile ids
• moved video player to use "transient" profile id by default
• video player now restores old profile on exit if profile id is not set
• added fps counter for video player to monitor regressions
• added mechanism for realtime video playback by properly skipping frames
• added better explanations on how things work after more reversing
