Added ScyllaIatFixCurrentAutoW for IAT fixing using current process handle

Useful for when you can only obtain an "omnipotent" psuedo handle from own process. (i.e. protected processes)
Also migrated to VS2017 and Win10 toolset, and cleaned up CRLFs for consistency.
